I am an architect focusing on designing sustainable, efficient, healthy, non-toxic commercial, work and home environments, and typically in my office off and on during week days between 10 am to 3 pm. However, I will not be working from this location during your stay, except to greet you on arrival, or to assist as necessary.

The tenants are busy professionals, respectful of guests' peace and privacy.

Airbnb guests will not be bothered, nor have any need to interface apartment tenants. Airbnb guest are requested to respect the privacy of the rear tenant and only use back door exit to private back yard in the case of an emergency.

I love meeting new, diverse, interesting people currently as an Airbnb host. Travel has always been a passion, experiencing the diverse natural environments, cultures, customs, people and foods both in the U.S. and abroad. My work as an architect with a focus on sustainable design of environments, communities and buildings has been immensely enriched by my travels and experiences throughout the years. The Central Coast of California is a most spectacular place to live and I count my lucky stars every day to call this home. It gives me great pleasure to share it with our Airbnb guests, giving them a warm, comfy home-base from which to explore, taste and feel all the immense beauty and year-round variety of activities the Central Coast provides.
