I will meet them on arrival unless I am away. If it`s a late arrival I suggest that I book the taxi so I can send the keys with the driver and I will meet them the following morning.
Very central but very quiet and close to everything, swimming areas, clubs, bars, restaurants and more.
Everything is within walking (website hidden)`s very close to the Sliema police station as a landmark., the swimming Zones, main shopping areas and night life. Also 10 min on foot to St.Julians.
Other Things to Note
House trained pets allowed but the deposit will be (website hidden) is available at a separate daily rate of 15.00 euro daily.. BBQ not provided but a disposable one can be bought from grocer.
To respect the neighbours and the tranquillity in the area so no load parties are allowed after 11pm. .Smoking outdoors please.

Vanessa is very friendly and organised the transportation to and from the airport for us. We had a great time in this traditional house, which was only a ten minute walk from the language school our kids attended. The house had everything we required. Great value for money.
The air is very humid at this time of year (October) in Malta & it would be great if the house had a dehumidifier, as wet clothes and towels wouldn't dry. It would use a lot less energy than air conditioning & be more effective for this.
The kitchen really needs to renovation and a new dish washer is urgently required, we just went out more for meals instead.
Old world Malta Experience to be had in this traditional townhouse. Spacious, lovely Malta/ethnic decor - very tasteful. The courtyard is a real bonus during the hot weather. On very quiet street, up the hill 5 mins from Sliema and St Julians. We were well looked after by Vanessa.
Vanessa starała się nam pomagać . Załatwiła wynajem samochodu. Czekała na nasze przybycie i pozwoliła zostawić bagaże , ponieważ przybyliśmy przed godziną wynajmu. Przed naszym wyjazdem skontaktowała się z nami celem ew. zorganizowania pomocy w dostaniu się na lotnisko.
Dom był czysty. W kuchnia dosyć dobrze wyposażona.
As we arrived we found a nice and sweet house in a good region to explore Sliema and Malta.
But after we saw the kitchen we were disapointed about the condition. There were not enough dishes and a lot was dirty, so we started in the night to clean the kitchen.
The bathrooms were clean but one water mixer was broken and the silicon was really old and moldy, even the shower courtain.
We reported this via mail to vanessa and she react within 2 days and most of the things were fixed and we got new kitchen stuff.
We think the house needs a complete cleaning.
The door should be able to look more than just close it.
For car users: we could park most oft the time in the street in front oft he house.
We reported all reclaims again at our departure and Vanessa told us, she will look after all things. She told us that it is an old house and some things aren't easy to repair. We suggested her to take a little more care for this lovely old house.
All in all we had a nice stay on Malta. And at any time we had a question Vanessa answered imedeately and tried to find a solution. Thanks
We had a pleasant stay at the house. If you are trying to figure out where exactly it is located but cannot find it on (website hidden) maps, try open streetmap. The house sits on top of a hill so expect to be walking up that hill to get there. It is a typical old town house with a garden. We couldn't find a bbq so if that was your plan you may have to go and get a disposable one. For the hot summer months it might be sensible to consider that the house does not have air con. Because the windows cannot all be opened properly, it is difficult to produce the much needed draft on the top floor, where the 2 main bedrooms are located (it stayed nice a cool in the basement when we were there). The house otherwise has all the needed amenities and is very spacious and Vanessa was helpful in arranging our stay.
Hi, thanks for the review and tips on improving my house. With regards to aircon the house is full airconditioned but as stated in the listing it`s at an extra daily charge. I will also have a look at the write up to adjust the bbq as I don`t think that I mentioned that I had a bbq but that one could have a bbq and like most guest they buy a disposable one. with regards to falling fixtures, which ones are you refereing too so I can have them seen to pls. thanks again. take care V

I live life & enjoy it to the full. I love travelling,sailing, dinning and I enjoy a good glass of Wine.I am quite a relaxed person which I also project in my furnished apartments. This apartment is very well located close to (website hidden)`s nice,spacious clean in a relaxed ambiance full of natural light..
