Close to many Oregon wineries, Vineyards, and restaurants! You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the coziness! We are right across the street from Stoller Vineyard, and 3 doors down to Branchpoint Distillery all within walking distance. Located on 2.5 acres with Hazelnut orchards on one side and a view across the street of vineyards. In the country, yet close enough to small towns, and 35 miles from downtown Portland. If wine tasting is on your agenda, this is the place for you!

The space
Comfy guest home on 2.5 serene acres in the heart of Oregon's wine country! Our rental is a town-home style separated by a common wall to the main house. We call it the East Wing of our home due to the unique set up of our rental. Although we share a common wall, it is very quiet. We rarely hear our renters and vise versa. The rental is 800 sq ft of private space, with your own parking and keyless entry. There is also a private lawn area, BBQ, picnic table and adirondack chairs for you to use.

The downstairs has 1 bedroom with a King bed and full bath with extra blankets and pillows also.

Upstairs is the living area with a reading nook, kitchenette, dining nook, and 1/2 bath. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and plenty of light. Kitchen has everything you need, coffee maker (keurig) , tea pot, mini fridge, dishwasher, induction hot plate for cooking (no range/oven), blender, toaster, plenty of dishes and wine glasses. Plenty of spices and olive oil for cooking!
The guest house has a smart TV with Netflix and HBO. There are also many DVD movies, board games and books for your stay.

The outdoor gas BBQ is also for your use. All BBQ utensils, including skewers are located in the kitchen cabinets. After your busy day, relax in our back yard under the string lights while you enjoy the views and sunset.

We are close to over 20 vineyards within 5 miles! Centrally located to Newberg, Dundee, Carlton and McMinnville. The Oregon Coast is about an hour and 30 min drive from here.

Guest access
Your own private access is through the back door of the rental next to your own patio. There are 2.5 acres of quiet yard to enjoy, or watch the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine.

Other things to note
While we do live across from Stoller Vineyard, it is about a 10 minute walk to their tasting room from our home.

During hazelnut harvest, around early October, please leave windows closed during the day when you leave, as harvest can happen at any moment and is very dusty :)

Please limit vehicles to one. Parking is available for one car next to the rental adjacent to the front door. Please do not park on the grass or block the gravel driveway, thank you!

We live right across from one of Oregon's finest winery, Stoller Vineyards. Also 3 doors down from a new distillery Branchpoint, if whiskey is your thing! There are over 20 wineries within 5 miles of our guesthouse, and 7 miles to McMinville where you will find boutique shops, tasting rooms, and many dining options including a few breweries. Dundee is a short 5 miles North, also full of dining options and many more tasting rooms and a brewery as well. Portland is only 35 miles away! If a cozy quiet country stay is on your list, this is the perfect place for you. Foggy Fall mornings in the vineyards, with sunny afternoons and amazing summer sunsets!

Andrew and I both are from the beautiful PNW! We are lucky enough to reside in Oregon's wine country with gorgeous views and sunsets all year long. We purchased our home in 2015 and opened it up to Airbnb in 2016. We have also built our dream shop recently, for our custom cabinet buisness. We love traveling, riding bikes, wine tasting and cooking together! In the summer, you will find us knee deep in the garden! Cheers~
