Perched on the sunset side of Sumberkima Hill, this one-bedroom villa blends modern comfort with the beauty of nature. Its design creates a calm and airy atmosphere, perfect for slowing down and soaking in the scenery.

Sumberkima Hill Guest Agreement
GENERAL
Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreat where you can enjoy the privacy of your own villa, supported by a range of services. Unlike a standard resort, Sumberkima Hill feels more like a village. Each villa is unique and individually owned, and most come with a private pool. Some budget options share a communal pool. Please note that due to the individual ownership of villas, switching accommodations upon arrival is usually not possible.
BOOKING
The payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below and shall be binding on all guests, whether or not a booking form is signed.
RATES
Rates are quoted per villa and are inclusive for all guests staying within the villa’s maximum capacity. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge when using a baby cot or sharing a bed with parents. Baby cots and a highchair are provided at no additional cost, subject to availability.
An extra bed may be added upon request at an additional charge.
INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED
Included in the rate: - Normal use of water and electricity - Tea and coffee - Housekeeping service (on request) - Trash disposal (on request) - Minibar restocking (on request — items consumed are charged separately) - Fresh water: If your accommodation does not have a water filter, a refillable gallon of drinking water is provided on request

They are friendly, part of the surrounding environment, and sometimes wander into villas or communal areas. If you prefer not to be visited, our team can help gently guide them away. My husband Bernard and I were both born in The Hague in the Netherlands and love travelling. In 1991 we started a trip around the world and fell in love with Bali. We returned several times but after having children mainly had Europe as holiday destination. When we went back to Bali with the family in 2008 we found the perfect place to build our future home in paradise.
Pemuteran and Sumberkima Hill, the village next to Pemuteran:
It was a bit of a shock for us to see how busy the south had become in 2008. A lot had changed in 15 years. We found the relaxed atmosphere here that we loved and the conditions that we think will keep this place special for the future. The scenery around the bay is magnificent and for snorkeling and diving it is probably the best spot in Bali. The people are special and the community is very much involved in protecting the area. It is a privilege to be there.
The Unique Benefits:
A friend that stayed with us at Villa Semadhi and mentioned that the villa is a destination by itself. He felt so relaxed and just liked being there, enjoying the scenery and listening to the waves, sitting by the sea. The garden is very large compared to most villas in Bali, giving it a sense of space. The style is traditional and there are many large trees, giving the impression that the house belongs there. Add to the experience a friendly staff that takes care of all your needs free mountain bikes and a canoe to explore the area. Later in 2015 we opened our retreat in Sumberkima Hill, a very special place again.
