My place is steps to Lake Michigan & West Beach National Park with sand dunes trails-National & State Sand Dune Parks for 20 miles down Rt 12 to Michigan City IN, great views & sunsets- 20 minutes to many attractions ie Chesterton Farmers Market, miles of hiking, restaurants, Michigan City Lighthouse outlet mall-. My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Real Estate Agent Owned-

Newer modern townhome built in 2007- Very relaxing home! Deck across 2nd floor of unit facing south has great views of forests on both sides of lot.
Polished concrete floors on first level- bamboo floors on 2nd level with high ceilings- In unit steam washer & dryer, tankless hot water heater so hot water on demand so need to give it a few minutes to circulate hot water- Den has 2020 Trundle day bed with pull out bed

Miller Beach is a sleepy beach town- In the fall/winter/spring or early mornings you will practically have beach to yourself. Sunsets over Chicago too!!! Boutique stores are opening on Lake street- There is also a brewery that is open on certain days.
Marquette Park on west end of Miller has been renovated- Can launch jet skis at Lake Street State beach.
