The Mysa Ranch Farm house is completely secluded, yet walking distance to popular vineyards and less than 5 minutes from downtown Santa Ynez and Solvang. Dine al fresco on the porch or in the garden and relax by the fireplace indoors at night.
"Mysa" in Swedish means cozy up which inspired the playful and comfy interiors. Dedicated work space for work-away from home.

The space
The Mysa Ranch Farm House is a secluded white one story ranch house with lots of natural light. The charming house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and a home office. All bedrooms have top of the line mattresses, linens, towels and pillows.
The master suite is spacious with a sitting area and an en suite bathroom. Kitchen and dining room are open and connected.
Private workspace/office for two people with a large computer screen and HD Printer available for use.
Large screen HD TV with Apple TV- Netflix, Apple +,Prime, HBO Max as well as a DVD player with over 100 DVD’s.
Turntable with huge record vintage collection with multiple classic rock gems with speakers.
5 surfboards available to use for experienced surfers. (The house is 25 minutes from an Refugio Beach.)
The large back and front yard is fenced in and has grass, gravel area as well as flowerbeds.
The Master bedroom and bathroom have air condition, the other bedrooms don't. You most likely will never need it as the year around weather here is very pleasant and has nice cool nights. All windows have screens.
The entire house has central heating. The Mysa Ranch farm house works just as well for short term as well as long term stays.
The house is ideal for a family getaway, romantic weekend or a fun retreat with your friends.
