  • Awesome location. Close to great restaurants (try Rubirosa across the street)
and SOHO shopping and the subway.
Bathroom clean with new fixtures and tile. Only apartment with a private balcony in the building.
Yes, there is noise~it's NYC and to be expected. Currently construction on the block. Bring a hair dryer.
Bryon is very responsive by text. Very Flexible on check in and check out times.
    We would stay here again.

  • Simply great stay. Don't expect a huge place but really perfect for a visit in the Big Apple. Very clean, nice bathroom, shower. Location is just amazing and trust me we spent some good time on his balcony.
Walking distance to and from almost anywhere - feeling safe in his neighborhood.
Don't hesitate and actually go ahead and take this place without hesitating !!!

  • Bryan was a great guest!
The apartment has a perfect situation in the middle of Soho and Nolita. In the area you can find a lot of bars and cool or fancy restaurants.
You also have three metro lines really close to the apartment so it is perfect to visit NYC.

The apartment is small but perfect for a couple that visits NYC during a week. It is clean and cosy. The kitchen has what you need but really, you do not go to NYC especially in Soho to cook for yourself.
My only negative remark concerns the current renovation of a building on the same street that causes noise early in the morning. Though we used earplugs and it was perfectly bearable ;)

Really a nice spot to stay - I would totally recommend this accomodation.

    Response from B.A.:

NYC can definitely be noisy at times. I think this is most noticeable to guests who are not from large cities. Apparently though, earplugs do the trick. I think I will start stocking them at the apartment.

  • What an awesome location and host!

My friend and I spent four nights in this great little pad and loved it.

LOCATION: It's in the heard of NoLiTa, you are a ten minute walk from East Village, West Village, SoHo, Chinatown and Greenwich Village. You really can't get much better for a central location south of 14th street.

APARTMENT: Yes the space is cozy, but you don't go to NYC to lay around in bed watching TV. Great water pressure, comfy bed, strong WiFi and a balcony perfect for a glass of wine or cup of coffee.

HOST: Brian was great as well, very professional, informative and flexible when it came to check-in and check-out times. Our flights were a little off, but he let us know it would be no problem.

We are excited to book this place again!

  • Great stay at Bryan's beautifully located flat in Nolita. Bryan is super helpful and funny. I will definitely return. One note of caution, construction is going on on this block, so it's quite noisy. But hey, it's NYC!

  • Great Location! Comfy bed! Kind and attentive host...he went out of his way to get flowers for us upon our arrival of Valentines Day! Also made a great recommendation for a fabulous restaurant in the neighborhood. Close to loads of fun places and eateries. Go for it!

  • Fantastic spot! Host is supercool guy, very accommodating and flexible with arrival timing.

Apartment is cozy but perfectly placed, with lots of good eateries and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Staying in Nolita was new to both me and my boyfriend, and Bryan made the stay SO easy and enjoyable. He welcomed us at the exact time stated, responded to my texts promptly, and gave us suggestions on where to go. The apartment was clean and also very pretty. We really felt like we were in the NYC that you see in movies. The restaurants nearby were absolutely delicious, namely Balaboosta, which is right next to the apartment. There's an endless number of places to go for a great night out. Plus Little Italy is nearby. Last but not least, if you want to have the energy to do things during the day, make sure to get a good night's sleep and bring ear plugs. :)

  • Hi,
the apartment is very nice and located perfectly. Even in winter it is quite warm. People who want to be in the middle of Soho will be very happy. People who want no noise will have problems, because in the street are a lot of bars and restaurants. So it is a bit noisy, especially the weekends.
The communication with Bryan is perfect. The key exchange workedperfect. Bryan was very helpful. At the arriving evening the toilett flush was broken. Bryan reacted very quickly and fixed it the next day. Also there were problems with the mattress which Byan fixed suddenly.

    Response from B.A.:

Sabine was a great guest. The toilet flush broke while they were there and it was not a problem to fix it. I also bought them a mattress pad after they complained that they were not comfortable. I always do my best to offer the best service that I can. It can be difficult at times to accommodate all requests, but I will always try and in this case I am glad that I was able to help make Sabine's stay more comfortable.
NYC is a noisy city, especially downtown in the heart of the action. It is a tradeoff one must make when living here. Personally, I love it and am used to the sounds of New York, but understand that for tourists, it can take some adjusting.

About
I work in merchandising and sales for a menswear company in Manhattan. I have lived all over the United States while growing up, but am glad to finally call NYC my home. I can't imagine living anywhere else. When I am not working, I am out and about with friends downtown Manhattan and in Williamsburg. I am really into music and try my best to make it to at least one or two concerts every week. The music scene was a major motivation for me to move here. If you need any help with suggestions of places to go in NYC, I will be glad to help.
