The space
🌴 Exterior & Pool
Villa Sevu 1 welcomes you with a private swimming pool right at the entrance, instantly setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The villa has a fresh tropical design giving you a clean, modern, and comfortable space from the moment you walk through the door.
🍽️ Living, Dining & Kitchen
The living area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned, offering a cool and cozy break from the Bali heat. It’s a bright, modern space where you can hang out, stream a movie, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring the island. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you might need, ideal whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or cooking (or have someone cook for you) a full dinner.

The villa has three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub that’s perfect for a relaxing soak after a day out.
The other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a modern bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, a king size bed, a working space, and a closet with safety box for your valuables.

📍 Location
The villa is located in the peaceful village of Cemagi, in a newly developing part of Pantai Mengening. You get the calm of a coastal area while still being just a short drive from Canggu’s cafés, beach clubs, and restaurants.
🔔 Special note
As the neighborhood continues to grow, there are some construction projects nearby. As the villa closed up, it’s usually very quiet inside, but occasional noise may happen during day time. If you need any more details or an update, let me know!

🔒 The entire villa is fully private, exclusively for you to enjoy! Our friendly team will only stop by for cleaning, pool care, or garden maintenance to keep everything perfect during your stay.

🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected. Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available for your valuables.

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
