Words will not do justice to how truly wonderful our stay was with Mary. I will do my best. This was our first Airbnb experience and let me say the bar is set high now. From initial communication to departure our stay was flawless and a seamless transition. Mary is an excellent host and I can only hope our future hosts are as professional and courteous as she is. The place is absolutely beautiful and clean! The layout is beautiful and will make you feel right at home. There is plenty of storage space if you're staying an extended amount of time as we were. I am a travel nurse and this was perfect for us. A true home away from home. Location- east a great area is wonderful. It's close enough to do day trips to San Francisco, Yosemite, Monterey Bay and much more. Locally there is a really good Mexican restaurant we ate at and enough stores and markets to keep you full! I would certainly stay here again in the future. Communication with the host was excellent, she is always available and answers messages quickly. There was an issue with the outside pipe and Mary had it fixed within hours! It was impressive. I can't say enough good things! Thank you Mary for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place to stay in a quiet community! Lots of room and storage space including spacious closets! The shower has 2 heads and a stone/spa feel. Mary made her home very cozy and warm for the 3 months I lived there. Everything you need in a kitchen, plus cleaning, extra linen and laundry supplies. Concord and Walnut Creek is 15 minutes away with all the shopping and food you can imagine. Pittsburg is right by the Bart station for access to Oakland and San Francisco costing only $7 one way. (Parking downtown SF alone is 20-30$ in touristy areas). One of the best places I've stayed as a travel nurse in California I highly recommend it!

Response from Mary:
Thank you so much, Allison, for taking the time to write about your positive experience in staying in our home. I am just so happy that you had a very enjoyable 3-month stay. I am glad that you found it very simple and convenient to have the BART station just close by so that it was easy and comfortable for you to commute to great shopping and dining places like Walnut Creek and San Francisco. We do exactly the same thing. No hassles of dealing with traffic and paying expensive parking fees. I hope that you are doing very well wherever you are now working and staying. All the best to you, Allison! Thanks again for staying in our townhome!

Our Host was very nice & easy to communicate. In preparation for our trip we were in constant contact via email & more often as the day of our arrival was getting closer. Kaiser was very detail in his instructions & always open for any questions. He provided contact persons that live around the area & was ready and able to answer any question or even drop by the house if needed. Whatever was described or shown in the pictures are what we expected but still got surprised on how well the place was decorated, well kept & provided all immediate necessities that we may need esp arriving so late at night. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, well located close to public transportation, stores & malls. My husband & I were so comfortable staying in a place that has new & high end appliances, furniture & decor. They provided wifi & upon request even installed sports channels & HD channels in a matter of hours. The place also has security system and parking area for our car. We will definitely want to stay in this place each time we go to SF.

We are from Houston, Texas. My family all live in the Bay Area of San Francisco. We have a wonderful 10 year old daughter who loves all her cousins. In summers and sometimes in winters, we stay in our log home in Estes Park and enjoy the Rocky Mountain National Park. We are retired and love to take it easy. The extra income helps offset our mortgage and up keep costs. Airbnb is a great way to travel as you get 3-5 times the space of a hotel and save on cooking for your selves. I love to cook. You get great deals for excellent homes. We also get to stay longer at more reasonable prices and get to explore the places better in a more relaxed fashion. We love watching movies. We like contemporary Jazz and me and my daughter also like Pop music. We love clean places as we keep ours very clean. We care for people's homes just as we do for ours. Our daughter is homeschooled and very well behaved. My husband Kaiser's motto is "Live life to the fullest." My motto is "Knowledge is the antidote to fear." My daughter's motto is the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would do to yourself." Our favorite travel destinations were Paris, Santorini in Greece, London, New Zealand and Australia. I also love the Philippines. We eat any and all foods and love to explore different cultures and foods. As a host we like people to respect our homes and live in it gently and take care of it as we do when we stay in other people's homes. We provide our guests with amenities that they will need for their stay and respond to their needs as efficiently as we can.
