55 m2 atypical on two levels in a small quiet building in the heart of Paris, Montparnasse district. Ideal for a family with children, or for 3/4 adults. One bedroom with a double bed. Very large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Small mezzanine desk with extra bed for 1 person. East/west exposure. Double glazed windows. Beautiful antique furniture. Fully renovated kitchen and bathroom. Separate toilet. Sunny, beautiful view, quiet and lots of charm.

Guest access

Terraces in the sun, bars and shops, designer shops, organic markets, cinemas and theaters of Montparnasse. Nearby parks: Jardin du Luxembourg and Parc Montsouris. One of the "green" neighborhoods in Paris most appreciated by tourists! and by Parisians because it is very safe at night and very close to everything.

Art student in the 80s, I rented a 22m2 studio in this small 14th district that I love. I bought it, then the one next door. Being a mom and living as a family, I acquired the attic and we recreated the space you will discover while staying here. What matters to me is that you feel at home at my place, and that you are in love with this charming little corner of Paris. Agnès Varda immortalized it with her documentary "Le Daguerrotype" . I love seeing movies in theaters: here it's ideal thanks to the many cinemas, and theaters. I love the presence of green in town: two very beautiful gardens, Luxembourg and Montsouris Park and even the beautiful Montparnasse Cemetery. Welcome, and great stay with me!
