Nestled in-between SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy, our block is its own neighborhood - ChiHoLilly. Centrally located - one block to SoHo - two blocks to Little Italy and 3 blocks to Chinatown. This cast-iron building was built for manufacturing 150 years ago. Our home is cozy and exactly what an Artist-Loft in most imaginations would be; brimming with light and art —a very relaxing environment.
Elevator from street to loft, this home is a place of tranquility and peace in a large chaotic city. Huge windows fill the loft with light. A collection of art, hardwood floors and high ceilings provide the warmth of your environment. One bathroom, tiled in Brazilian glass tiles, has a large shower with two shower heads, a claw bathtub, sink and toilet. The second, is compact and efficient. This extremely safe neighborhood has a 24-hour drug store, great restaurants and a fruit stand.
Please enjoy our home.

this is a place I would like to stay every time when i visit NYC. 4 of us stayed there for 4 days. a lot of space and good light. very easy to walk to Chinatown, little italian and the subway. the Loft is so cool, we don’t want to leave it in the end.
Alan is a great host, fantastic communication. very charming and attention to detail.
thanks a lots.
Incredible loft space in a great part of town. Alan and William were very accommodating in helping us throughout our stay. The loft is just as beautiful as the pictures and quite comfortable. Thank you guys!
Alan greeted us after our VERY long flight from Sth Australia. He had offered to get us some food and bev as we were arriving late. We declined but Alan walked us down to the shops after a welcoming beer. We were so tired we couldn't think straight but Alan was very patient showing us the lift procedure a number of times ...nothing sinking in !!
The perfect soho experience. We loved the loft. Plenty of space. Great art. Well equipped kitchen. We want to know who the painting is of as you enter? Loved the neighbourhood. Loved NYC. Very happy. Thanks Alan.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This as a really amazing apartment perfectly located in Soho. We were six friends staying in this apartment for one week and we were really satisfied. It was actually better than expected from the pictures. We really loved the interior and the apartment had all the equipments needed for a comfortable stay, extra plus to the Sonos surroundsystem with one speaker in the bathroom :-)
Blair was really helpful as a host, he met us at the apartment at check-in and showed us the apartment. He was also very helpful during the week when we had a problem with the wi-fi connection.
So over all, this was an amazing experience that I would really recommend to my friends! Thank you Blair for letting us stay in your home!
