Bob and Joaquin were very kind and understanding when my flight was delayed and I arrived at 3am. They were gracious and accommodating hosts during my weeklong stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is in the perfect location for quick access to Severance Hall. There is a great grocery store and several restaurants in the neighborhood. If I get to return to Cleveland, I will definitely stay here again.

Imagine a lovely, tree-lined and quite, residential street lined with residential homes near one of Cleveland Heights best historic districts. You come upon Joaquin's front garden, complete with fig trees, before you see the house. As you walk down the gentle slope towards the back of the house it is, again, the garden that strikes you: lush, partially brick-paved cloister with water fountain and solitude. I've spent two weeks in the garden apartment fronting this haven, delighted that I've been so lucky to enjoy it. A basic kitchenette and bath support the large groom with bed and study. A window A/C unit was crucial for a few days of August heat; otherwise, best to let the breezes in throughout the day.
