Our home offers a sophisticated blend of old and new, featuring a unique living area with rustic, original wood beams, art collections, hand-knotted Persian rugs, and prestigious Italian furniture. You enter via an elevator that opens directly into the loft for an exclusive experience far removed from standard building hallways and hotels.

The space
Our spacious loft is in an 1880's building with lots of natural light and thick walls that block the outside noise.

Your room is bright, quiet, and private, equipped with high-speed internet, Cable TV/streaming, a closet, high-end bathrobes, and freshly ironed linens.

Your Bathroom is private and located directly across from your room for easy and convenient access.

Location:
We are located in the heart of Chelsea, and you are within walking distance of Manhattan’s most iconic sites, such as the High Line, Chelsea Market, Hudson Yards, the Meatpacking District, and Flatiron. We are in the center of cultural and recreational areas, including Madison Square Park, MSG, and the city's best galleries, dining, music venues, and shopping.

Transit:
Your transit access is unbeatable: A short walk to Penn Station / Madison Square Garden and just one block from subways connecting to JFK, LGA, Newark, and of course, every area and borough in NYC.

Guest access
You will be the only guest staying in our home. We live here and rent only one of our two bedrooms to ensure a quiet, high-end experience.

You are invited to enjoy our expansive, sun-filled living room, share a glass of wine, work at our desk or dining area, or relax with a Nespresso. If you need anything from our kitchen, please ask us, and we will be happy to provide it. Our kitchen is for our private use only.

Access to the building and the elevator is restricted to key holders.

During your stay
We are happy to offer help and guidance to our guests throughout their stay. We will be there as much or as little as you want, accommodating your needs and wishes while completely respecting your privacy.

You are invited to enjoy our expansive, sun-filled living room, share a glass of wine, work at our desk or dining area, or relax with a Nespresso.

Other things to note
You will sleep in a fantastic queen bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury Super Pillowtop Mattress) that gets excellent reviews from our guests. We only use ironed sheets.

We are very flexible and accommodate our guests' needs. Please feel free to leave your luggage with us if you arrive early or depart late.

We might have a new puppy by the time you arrive (our Zuta passed). It will most likely be a hypoallergenic toy poodle. If this is a concern, please talk with us.

The loft is available for special events (meetings, workshops, filming, or photoshoots) under a separate fee structure. Please contact us for details.
