Fall in love the moment you arrive on this 56 acre non-profit working farm to the moment you enter the front door. The farmhouse comfortably hosts up to 10 guests. Features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, soaring cathedral ceilings, pool, and stunning farm views.

The space
Melita Farms Farmhouse is more than a destination — it’s a piece of New England history. Spanning over 50 acres, the property was originally a dairy farm known as Nimmo Farm, operating for more than a century. Today, it has been reborn as a nonprofit working farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture, community engagement, and educational programs that serve the local area.

Guests who stay here enjoy the rare balance of peaceful open fields, gentle wildlife, and the charm of a true working farm, paired with the comfort of our modern geodesic dome farmhouse. Your visit directly supports the farm’s mission and ongoing community programs, making your stay both restorative and meaningful.

Please note: The Farm manager, Matthew, lives in a private apartment. Located sub-level of the home - completely privatized - with separate driveway and entrance.

Guest access
You'll have access to the all the main living and sleeping spaces including the patio and fenced in pool. Pool is only available during the warm/summer seasons and is closed during the fall/winter months.

You'll be close to all the creature comforts of Starbucks, Chic-Fil-A, Target, AMC Movie Theater, Marshalls and other shopping needs. Make sure to check out our guidebook for recommended shopping and restaurants close by.
