Neighborhood highlights

Welcome to Fox Pointe — a serene, gated mountain community perched above Banner Elk in scenic Avery County. 125 Fox Pointe Drive sits on about 1.8 acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, giving guests privacy, peace, and sweeping multi-layered views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Proximity to Downtown Banner Elk — Just about a 5-minute drive brings you to the town center, where you’ll find charming shops, local restaurants, grocery stores, and cultural offerings.

Outdoor Adventures — In every season, nature is your neighbor. Hiking, skiing, and scenic drives are minutes away. Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain resorts are within easy reach.

Peace & Seclusion — Because the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac within the gated subdivision, it’s quiet — perfect for relaxing, stargazing, fires by the outdoor pit, or soaking in the views from the decks.

Community & Amenities

The subdivision (Fox Pointe) is well maintained and offers mountain-community charm (rustic architecture, stone detailing, large windows) with upscale touches.

Access roads are paved and well kept; though you’re in the mountains, the route is manageable in most weather conditions.

As you move toward the town center, you’ll begin to find more services: restaurants, markets, gas stations — everything you need without sacrificing tranquility.

Why Guests Love It

Majestic views that change with the light — sunrises, sunsets, seasonal color changes in foliage.

A perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility — “off the beaten path” but not far from convenience.

Great for groups or families wanting both indoor & outdoor options: acres of land, outdoor living, and proximity to adventure.
