Located in-between the newly remodeled Dignowity Park & the new Dawson Park, enjoy Alamo Brewery & Hays St Bridge just a few steps away.

The space
La Perla is a charming retreat that features high ceilings and an eclectic blend of vintage and modern decor which gives the space style and character. You will find fun touches of San Antonio's iconic Pearl Brewery and other local flare reflected in the decor.
Enjoy a full kitchen for easy meals, a plush king-size bed in the master and sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests. A separate game room offers mini air hockey and a mini basketball shooting game-- perfect to keep the kiddos entertained.
Watch the sunset from the large front porch while taking in views of the Tower of Americas in downtown San Antonio.

You will be the only guest(s) in the house. There is another section of the house that is currently locked off and used for storage.

Other things to note
Please note: There are 2 bar stools for dining at the kitchen island. There is not a separate dining table for 4. We have 2 TV trays for extra guests!

Also, the bedroom is at the back of the house and private to the living area, but there is not a door separating it.
