The space
Quinta Por Do Sol is a large, contemporary 15-bedroom villa designed specifically for group living, with a layout that flows naturally between social spaces and private sleeping areas.
As you enter the villa, you’re welcomed by a bright, double-height hallway that immediately gives a sense of space and openness. From here, the villa branches out in a very intuitive way.
Ground Floor – social hub + 6 bedrooms
To the right of the entrance is the heart of the home: a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with two fridge freezers, a wide oven, induction hob and breakfast bar, making it ideal for catering for large groups. This flows directly into the dining area (seating up to 20+) and then into the spacious living room, which comfortably accommodates the whole group with multiple sofas and views out to the pool and garden.
