Very efficient, private space has empty chest of drawers for your belongings. Flat panel TV w/free movies and local channels, WIFI.
Located 75ft up from street level. The view is nothing short of spectacular.
This is an "unusual"Private "keyed" 8' by 10' Bedroom that sits on a 1000sf Manhattan facing terrace, very clean in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Bright airy room, full bed perfectly sleeps one but can accommodate two. Chest of drawers for storage and hooks for items that need to hang. Heat and air conditioning provided. Freshly laundered linen & towels, along with shampoo, soap & hair (blow) dryer are always on hand!
I always have (free) coffee, tea, filtered water and morning oatmeal.
Terrace lounge right outside the room. The bathroom will be shared in the main part of the apartment. To use the bathroom you would have to walk out onto the terrace, walk about 5 steps "outdoor" and enter the main apartment.
McCarren Pool, a 7,200-square-foot arena, open to the public seven days a week and just across the street.
Interaction with Guests
This room was designed for the lighthearted individuals, who enjoy life and seek something different. Staying here is almost like camping in the sky and not for the too serious. Thus far, all of my guest absolutely loved it and want to come back for more, see my reviews!
There will always be someone around for questions etc.
This location is the ideal spot to get a rich NYC experience. It's the first stop in Brooklyn on the L train, and within minutes you can be in either the East Village, Union Square, or Meatpacking District. There's also a ferry that'll take you to Manhattan via the East River, just a few minutes by foot from the place. Open-Air Farmer's Market with local produce every Saturday just across the street. A 7min walk to the waterfront "now open" weekend outdoor flea market, featuring a new "Outdoor Smorgasbar", selling local Beer, Wine & Sprits. We also have many Wonderful restaurants all in walking distance, here are just a few:

Conveniently located near Subways (metro), Buses, Taxi cabs & Boat Ferry (to Manhattan) all in walking distance. My lobby concierge can arrange assistance if a car or limo service is needed, driving you anywhere in NYC (including all airports) at a fair price.
Other Things to Note
There is a cute, "overly friendly" but NOT annoying - French Bulldog that resides within the main area of the apartment (not in the rental space) . He is not a bother at all, on the contrary..Most guest find him a real pleasure!
In my dealings with Airbnb, I found most people are very respectful to me and my home. For this reason, I do not charge a deposit at this time.

Smoking is permitted outdoors, on the terrace but NOT in the room. Pets and guest, not on the reservation are not allowed. This means, NO unauthorized parties, visitors, commercial shoots and NO pets are allowed. This is simply a really nice, very clean & safe place to sleep and experience Williamsburg NYC.
