  • The view from Norm's balcony was wonderful. My visitors and I spent most of our time out there. Norm's house was very nice, old style, yet reasonably clean and every need we had Norm was quick to supply. You are right there by downtown, close to the freeway, but not so close to get the noise. The price is right and plenty of room for a family.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Norm's - there is a fantastic view from the patio, the master bedroom is large and comfortable, and the house is conveniently located, maybe a 10 minute drive from downtown. Norm was around to answer any questions and sort things out for us, but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. If you get the chance, check out his unique book that's a collection of poetry + a driving tour of some of Tucson's architectural wonders.

  • We had a great time. The house was perfect. We were in Tucson to attend baseball games at the Kino facility and this ended up being the perfect location.
Beautiful view of downtown Tucson. We will stay again next year when we are in town for the same games. Hopefully Norm will have installed a little bigger TV.
Thanks Norm for being a gracious host.

  • Our family including 6 adults and two toddlers spent a wonderful week in Norm's great house. We were in Tucson visiting family and this proved to be a great place for us to gather. The view from the balcony is magnificent - we ate all of our meals there! The three bedrooms and two baths are spacious and there was plenty of room for the kids. Norm is a kind and gracious host who warmly greeted us despite the fact that we arrived very late. It was a memorable family vacation. I hope that we can stay in this lovely home again!

  • I stayed here for 2 nights with three work colleagues while we were visiting U of A. There are indeed 4 bedrooms, and although the fourth was a child's room with a twin bed, they were all very comfortable. Norman was a great host, welcoming us when we arrived (quite late!) and he had some great stories about the house and the history of Tucson. The house itself was well set up and equipped, and although we didn't spend much time in it we did enjoy the views from the terrace over the city in the morning. Great place, thoroughly recommended.

  • Norm's house overlooking Tucson provided a nice stay for two of us. We certainly had a lot of room to stretch out in, and we spent several hours on the balcony (although we never got around to firing up the grill). The place is funky and fun, all the way down to the Peavey amplifier we used as a speaker for my iPod. And Norm was affable and super-attentive, even coming to the immediate rescue with a couple packages of important bathroom supplies (ie. toilet paper) when we discovered the house was missing some. The place is a terrific value, even for just two people, and it's just a short distance from central Tucson.

  • Fabulous location! Close to everything there is to do in Tucson. If we needed anything, Norm gave us immediate attention. He was very pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend this property.

  • We appreciate Norman's hospitality. Also he is easy to communicate and work with.
The apartment is beautiful, my husband and I enjoyed the view very much.
The neighborhood is quite, peaceful. I get up early morning walking through the trial of the Sentinel Peak Park to exercise and enjoy the natural environment during my two weeks stay. I definetily will come back to stay here during next year gem show.

  • We conducted a small 2-day business meeting at Norm's house and were completely satisfied with the accommodations, and particularly the location, close to restaurants, and such a great view of the city from the deck. Norm was very attentive and made sure everything was there for us. And the price was perfect! Thanks Norm from all of us at Wildlands Network for a great stay!

  • Great place to stay, AWESOME location with amazing view of the city. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and minutes from downtown and UofA. The house was large but cozy feeling, loved the unique set up of rooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding clean and kept us warm. Norm was a great host and provide us with a "Historical Travel Guide" CD set which help us "newbies" to Tucson with very informative and interesting facts about the area. Can't wait to come back!
