Newly refreshed in Summer 2025! Relax in this bright 2BR/2BA condo just 4 miles from the main beach and the heart of Gulf Shores.

Enjoy a quiet location away from traffic with resort-style amenities—sparkling pool, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and fitness center.

Fully equipped kitchen with stocked coffee bar, comfy living area, and easy access to beaches, dining, and local attractions. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the evening sky. The perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

The space
Our condo has two bedroom with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Our bedrooms have both been renovated with new flooring in September 2025.

The full kitchen with a stocked coffee/tea bar has most everything you need to cook a meal!

Full size washer and dryer makes it super convenient for our guests wanting to take care of that chore before heading back home.

The back patio faces the water feature in the pond that is generally filled with ducks!

The tennis courts and pickle ball courts are a two minute walk away!

We have board games, card games for those rainy days or for a quick distraction until beach time!

Guest access
Guests have access to the pool, hottub during posted hours of 9:00 am- 10:00 pm. Thers is a bathroom located in the clubhouse for guests use as well.

Guests have access to the tennis and pickleball courts during the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. Lights can be turned on at the courts by guests. For details, see enclosed picture.

Guests have access to the fitness room only during office hours through the pool area entrance.

Guest have access to our "large vehicle " parking area which includes trailers, boats etc. for a parking fee $25-$50

We encourage questions prior to booking to avoid any miscommunication. We aim to provide southern hospitality and a prompt response!
