Old abandoned house then renovated in 2025, the accommodation is completely independent/private. Access is via a fully enclosed garden of about 350 m². Private parking (not enclosed) is available at the entrance to the property.
Above is another gîte (formerly the attic of the house), which can be occupied occasionally. Thank you for ensuring that you respect the quiet hours during your stay.
You access the studio "Chez Evariste" by a few external steps, arriving on the covered balcony, with table and folding chairs.
In the studio, combining the charm of the old and the comfort of modernity, you will find:
- an entrance with coat rack,
- a kitchenette equipped with fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave combined grill, sink, Italian coffee maker (ground coffee), kettle
- a sitting/relaxation area with bio-ethanol fireplace
- a sleeping area with a real 140 x 190 bed (made on arrival)
- island bathtub (large hot water tank) and sink
- Separate suspended toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with a good quality free wifi connection (5G).
