Good value if you just need a great bed and a desk. The place could use a good clean, particularly the shower, but I could deal with it for a short term stay. Cody's fine as a host.

It was overall a fantastic stay. Cody is such a friendly guy. Check in was clear and he was very helpful and thoughtful about answering my questions. I really appreciated the personalized itinerary done on the board. The location is perfect, you can get around to anywhere and restaurants and groceries are within walking distance. If you want to stay in an affordable place and still have a quality stay, this is the place.

I am an active entrepreneur who is always on the go. I am a very laid back person, but I like to get a lot of things done. I am also a part-time/full-time student at Austin Community College and University of Texas studying Economics and Accounting. I have a wide variety of interests in terms of hobbies but my favorite thing do with guests and friends would be to play Tennis and Racquetball. I am a native born Texan with an intense desire to travel the world.
I look forward to meeting many of you and hope your days and filled with mystery and adventure.
