I love my townhouse at Alii Lani, the grounds are beautifully manicured, they have strict rules about quiet after 10 pm, easy parking, no hassle, and beautiful pools and spas. Very Clean!
Yes, the Honu (Turtle) free shopping shuttle stops in front of Alii Lani and will take you all over Kona.
Other things to note
You won't find a quieter and more convenient location with beautiful grounds and pools than Alii Lani.....continually sought after because of the location. Gas is expensive in Hawaii!
Alii Lani Townhouses are beautiful, clean and QUIET. NO SMOKING is allowed on the property. The management requires that I submit a form with the names of ALL guests that will be staying at our home. If you would like extra guests (more than two) just submit names to me and how long they will be staying. The form asks for the main contact person, and cell phone number and one emergency contact name and phone number. This can be done easily thru email. I check my Airbnb account regularly. Mahalo!
