Bring the whole group to Luray Yurt, the World's Largest Yurt by bedroom count. Set on 10 private acres beside George Washington National Forest, it sleeps up to 16 with six private king bedrooms and three flexible sleeping areas.

Kayak on the private pond, cedar sauna, then move between the hot tub, play disc golf or archery, arcade, pool table and private theater. Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park are nearby.

The space
Luray Yurt was built for the trips that are hardest to organize and most worth taking. Up to 16 guests can stay together under one enormous dome, with enough separate spaces that nobody feels crowded.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

INSIDE

The main living area opens beneath a cathedral dome skylight and connects the kitchen, dining room and gathering spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked for group meals, and the dining table seats 12.

The private home theater has a projector and star-immersion ceiling. Additional entertainment includes arcade games, pool, air hockey, foosball, PS5 with four controllers, board games, streaming services and a Sonos sound system.

OUTSIDE

The yurt sits on 10 private acres beside George Washington National Forest. Guests have access to:

You can spend the entire trip at the property without running out of things to do.

LOCATION

Luray Caverns is only minutes away. Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, hiking, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown Luray are also within easy reach.

Starlink WiFi, a Level 2 EV charger, premium linens, oversized hot tub towels, bathroom products and a washer and dryer are provided. There is no cleaning fee.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire yurt, deck, hot tub, sauna, pond, kayaks, theater, game areas and designated outdoor activity spaces.

Pond, kayak and archery access requires completion of the provided waiver and compliance with all posted safety rules.

Other things to note
POND SAFETY

Life jackets are required. Swimming, nighttime boating, pets in the pond, glass and alcohol on the dock are prohibited. The pond may be temporarily closed to kayaks while the golf challenge is in use.

PETS

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Please send us your pet details before arrival.

ROAD ACCESS

The final section of the driveway is gravel. Four-wheel drive is recommended during winter conditions. The driveway is professionally plowed following qualifying snowstorms.

QUIET HOURS AND GATHERINGS

Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Fireworks, loud parties and unapproved events are prohibited. Any gathering must be discussed and approved before booking.

NEW PROPERTY NOTE

Luray Yurt is newly opened, and seasonal exterior landscaping is still establishing. The home, bedrooms, deck, pond and advertised amenities are open and guest-ready.
