  • After a long day of travel, it was wonderful to be greeted by Geoffrey and Cynthia who were welcoming and had cookies and a snack basket waiting for us. The space was comfortable and private, and it perfectly met the needs of myself and two adult children who were looking for a quiet place to visit and explore. The home is nestled in a beautiful east-end neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach and a close drive to many amazing restaurants and vistas. Our only complaint is that the weekend went by too fast!

  • Listing was just as listed-lovely space for the 3 of us. Lovely deck looking out on back garden was a great place to relax after a long day. They even had waters and a lovely snack basket waiting for us! Geoffrey and Cynthia were very helpful by suggesting restaurants, helping us find our way around , etc.-and were great to visit with!

  • Geoffrey & Cynthia made us feel very welcome, particularly upon arrival when one is experiencing uncertainty and exhaustion from travel. Discreetly available when needed, they were the perfect hosts, lovingly helped by their beautiful Goldies.

  • Our stay with the Wells was a perfect retreat. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and gave us plenty of good tips regarding the area. The space was clean and comfortable with lots of extras you wouldn't expect from an airbnb but really appreciate. They have two beautiful dogs as well! Thanks again guys!

  • My sister and I stayed with Geoffrey and Cynthia out first night on Long Island. They are lovely people and very helpful. We arrived after dark and needed to find a restaurant for dinner. Geoffrey was worried that we might get lost so he lead the way to a restaurant nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room neat and clean, a very nice experience.

  • We have spent the Memorial Day week-end at Cynthia's and Geoffrey's cozy house. It was our first experience with Airbnb, we booked the place based on the customers' reviews. We had to append our reservation the last moment for our grown up son to join us rather unexpectedly and were very happy with how it all went. The experience was way above expectations, artistic house, friendly and considerate hosts, a deck with a veiw of their blooming garden, and yes, of course the dogs. We enjoyed our farewell coffee with the hosts at the deck, gorgeous bagles for breakfast, dinner cooked in their kitchen, and advice on the area places of interest. This is a very beautiful area, we highly recommend the hosts and the visit to the North fork.

  • Geoffrey and Cynthia were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and as described. We loved our time in the North Fork area and we will definitely be back to visit! I slept harder there than I have in months - it is so peaceful there. Thank you both!

  • After spending a weekend in the North Fork, the first thing my wife and I mention about our trip was our amazing hosts Geoffrey and Cynthia. We felt lucky to meet these kind and talented individuals. The place was everything we were looking for. We had a car and found it central to everything in the area. Geoffrey and Cynthia helped us with anything we needed and even were kind enough to share their time over breakfast with us. We also loved spending time with their golden retrievers, who want to meet you right now, and the cat, who like any cat will make up her own mind.

  • Our recent stay was a delightful experience. Each step of the airbnb process Geoff was responsive, genuine and a gracious host. This was our first stay with airbnb and as they say, first experience leaves a lasting impression. Geoff and his wife Cynthia have set very high bar for our future stays as a result. As hosts they anticipated our needs by providing helpful tips during our stay (providing local tips from their first hand experiences, an excellent local map, menus for food delivery and much more). The mini-suite space was clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated with quality mattresses. Simply perfect for a weekend getaway. They offer use of their BBQ, which we did not end up using due to our schedule but would like to in the future. The neighborhood is shaded by lovely trees for a stroll or even in the early hours to walk you dog (which I needed to and felt perfectly safe). They're such a charming, talented and worldly couple that you would want to call your friends! Whatever brings you to the North Fork, you'll certainly depart enriched and inspired after your stay with Geoff and Cynthia.
