There is a *one-time* $100 additional fee per reservation to use the hot tub. This covers the hot tub service and maintenance. If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, you must let us know AS SOON AS YOU BOOK, so we can send you the fee request. Once paid, we’ll send you the instructions and key code for the hot tub. The hot tub remains locked at all times for safety reasons.

— Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)
— Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.
— NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE
— Pets CANNOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED and must be crated when the pet owner is not present.
— Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash can outside.
— Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES to the property will be charged to the guest.
— ***Do NOT sneak in your pet without paying the pet fee. You must include your pet in your search/booking, so the pet fee will be included in your total booking amount.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
— Must be 25 years to book
— The person renting must be staying onsite for the duration of stay (cannot rent for someone else).
NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
NO LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
— Absolutely no large group gatherings and NO PARTIES.
CHARCOAL GRILL
— Grill must be at least 10 feet away from any part of the home when in use.
— We provide grilling utensils.
— Guests must clean grill after use.
PARKING
— Please park in the driveway. Up to 4 full-size SUV/trucks can fit in the driveway.
