The moment you arrive at Villa Sevu 4, you’re greeted by a private swimming pool right at the entrance, the perfect welcome to a laid-back Bali holiday. The villa features a stylish tropical design that feels clean, modern, and instantly comfortable from the first step inside.

The enclosed living and dining area is fully air-conditioned, making it a cool escape from the heat outside. It’s a bright space with a cozy vibe where you can watch your favorite shows, enjoy dinner together, or relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking, whether it’s a simple breakfast or a full dinner prepared on your own or by a private chef.

Villa Sevu 4 offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the lower floor with a private ensuite and a bathtub that’s perfect for unwinding. The two upstairs bedrooms share a modern bathroom. All rooms include air-conditioning, king-size beds, workspaces, and closets with safety boxes for peace of mind.

🌅 Rooftop with Jacuzzi & Ocean View
Head up to the rooftop to enjoy one of the best areas of the villa (accessible from the third bedroom). You’ll find a plunge pool, a dining space, and a beautiful view, ideal for slow mornings, lazy afternoons, or drinks during sunset.

🧹 Fully Staffed
Daily cleaning (six days a week) is included to keep everything neat and comfortable. Our staff works respectfully and quietly to ensure you get full privacy.

📍 Location
You’ll be staying in the calm village of Cemagi, in the growing area of Pantai Mengening. It’s a peaceful coastal location that’s still only a short drive to Canggu’s cafes, restaurants, and beach clubs.

The neighborhood is developing quickly, so some construction may happen nearby during the day. The villa remains quiet when doors are closed. If you need more details or an update let me know!

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.

• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
