The space
Beachview Retreat... 1 minute walk to the beach!
Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is just steps to the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of America, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of America, and sun kissed sky views!
Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: (2) Queen Beds. Sleeps 4.
Living Room: (1) Queen Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 2.
This beautiful condo includes luxurious linens and towels to provide the pampering you deserve.
The patio provides a spectacular view of the pool.
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.
We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Beachview Complex has a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking. Community grills available to use and are charcoal.
Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.

NO boats, jet skis, trailers, RV's or campers of any kind allowed in the parking lot!!
Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
