This 4/3 home has 7 real beds, 3 full size futons, a couch and a sectional. It can sleep a max of 14 people in bedrooms.
The home is directly on the water with a wide bay view and a pool. The master bedroom is upstairs with a spa bath, and the home is equipped with all of the comforts of (website hidden) in every room, internet, cable, and a large driveway that will easily park 5 cars. The home is on a gated peninsula and provides a secure, relaxing getaway.
It is one block from a shady playground and park for the children and 6 blocks from the beach. The back yard has a private dock for your boat or perhaps a rental boat which can be acquired nearby. The intracoastal waterway can be seen from the dock, and there are no fixed bridges to the atlantic ocean.
This home is close enough to South Beach to enjoy the nightlife, and the space is large enough to enjoy relaxing and hanging out at home with your friends and family without feeling crowded. The dining room is large enough for big dinners, the pool is sunny most of the day, and the home is close to all of the amenities.
The master has a king bed and futon (couch/queen bed) and a private spa bath and beautiful second floor balcony with amazing views. The second master also has a private bath and 2 queen beds. The third and 4th bedrooms share a bath between them, and there is a sliding door that can make the hall to the bathroom from each bedroom private from the rest of the house. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and a queen futon. The fourth bedroom has a full bed, and a trundle twin bed. When the trundle in this room is pulled out there is almost no floor space in this room.
Please note that this house is my personal home, and I have some antiques and other delicate things that I expect to be taken care of. I do not rent the house out for parties, and ask that you leave indoor furnature inside the house at all times.

I highly recommend the Panoramic Bay View villa. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The neighborhood is quite and close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Miami Beach with friends.
Our holiday in Miami didn’t go as we hoped. We were going to Miami to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday; the whole extended family of 8 members were joining, so this was once in a lifetime type of a trip. We booked the house three months before the stay and a week before the stay I asked Natalie if our arrival time was ok and she confirmed it.
36 hours before we left for our holiday Natalie sent me a message saying that the house wasn’t available for us after all for the first three nights of our stay. The whole family was very disappointed at this point. Natalie offered a condo for us for those three nights and a refund or then we could cancel the whole reservation. We had booked our trip early because we really wanted to stay in a house, but because this was very late notice and we were a big group, it was not possible for us to find another accommodation, so we wrote her that we had decided to take the condo and house combo. When we didn’t get any answer, I called her asking her to confirm that everything is booked now. I also told that we were not happy with the refund. She wrote me right after this confirming our stay, raised her refund offer and asked me to confirm that her refund was ok. Now it was 6 hours till we had to leave to the airport and I asked Natalie if I could confirm it the next day (after having discussed about this with my family at the airport), but then she sent me a long message threatening that if I don’t accept her offer now she’ll cancel the whole thing. She was telling me how much she’s losing money because she’s giving us the refund and she could get much more money by just renting the place to someone else. So I had no choice but to accept her offer right away.
The condo is listed as “3 bedroom beachfront condo, Miami Beach” under Natalie’s properties and we would not recommend it. The condo was untidy, my mum spent the first morning by sweeping the floors and re-washing the dishes, one window in my parent’s bedroom was broken and covered with plastic (they had hard time sleeping because of the street noise) and the balcony was under renovation. There would have been a nice view, but unfortunately the windows were so dirty that you couldn’t see much. The bed in the den was really uncomfortable to sleep in. Natalie told us that if the doormen ask us something, we must say that we are Natalie’s friends.
When we moved to the house, it was exactly as described and praised here, it was really tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there. Natalie was very flexible with our check out time.
Loved this place! Natalie was super helpful, accommodating, and very responsive. Our departing flight was canceled and she quickly helped to coordinate a solution for us. Great for our large group including young children. No complaints at all, really enjoyed it.
We enjoyed our stay in Natalie's house. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8 with 2 children. We especially appreciated that she put up a fence between the house and pool and waterway. Great view. Great location. It is a house that is lived in so expect to find stuff in the closets. There was some previous complaints about a cat. We asked Natalie about cats before we rented. She assured us there are no cats. We didn't see or smell any cats and my son and I both have allergies to them. Overall, a very nice stay.
I enjoyed meeting Natalie, she was really nice, made sure we had a full tank of propane for the grill. The house itself was fantastic, really great pool and views of the bay. The beds were comfy and she left us lots of fresh towels, which was a nice touch.
I would definitely stay here again.
Our experience @ Panoramic Bay was not what we expected. Upon arriving we found that there was a cat that seemed awful comfortable in the backyard. Comfortable enough that we all felt it probably lived inside. With 3 of the 6 guests having cat allergies this proved to be the undoing of our experience. On night 2 my wife couldn't breathe due to her allergies and we were forced to have to find another place. Natalie felt that she never said she provided an allergy free environment and that we were choosing to leave the space. Being that this was our vacation, and we had 3 guests with cat allergies that were having problems sleeping, we felt we really didn't have a choice. So, Natalie charged us almost $2K for our 36 hour stay at this place. Feels a bit like we were "had" by both Natalie and Airbnb. Personally, the experience we had with this has convinced me that the consumer is really left in a very bad place with Airbnb. The landlords have your money and you are basically at their mercy when it comes to arbitration in situations like this. I am mystified by the reviews that are left on this property as the Cat was just 1 of the problems. We also had construction workers and inspectors in the unit for hours in the short time we were there -- with no warning. My recommendation would be find some hotel suites in South Beach to accommodate your guests. Avoid this property unless you are ok with bug bites, smelly sheets, cat dander, safety hazards in the back deck. Don't do it to yourself..
I met with Matthew after he had spent about 24 hours in the house and he told me he was happy with everything, except he was concerned about a cat in the back yard because a few in his group had allergies. I have severe cat and dust allergies as well, often stay in this house, and had only seen this cat the past few weeks. I assume the last renter had fed it. However, I do advertise the house as a house I am willing to rent to people with pets, though I have only rented to someone with a dog over a year ago.
In friendly conversation, Matthew told me he stayed at the Mondrian Oriental the first night because he works in the hotel industry and was able to get the room for free or almost free. We also discussed how I received a review on another property that said one of the bedrooms didn’t have a door, when in fact it had a pocket door, and how that affected my business.
I had just had a sliding glass door and 2 windows replaced, and had an inspection scheduled I was unable to cancel since he booked after Friday night. I have him a window of between 1:00 and 2:00 that it would be done, and it was, and it took about 20 minutes. I offered a $100.00 discount for the intrusion, even though the inspector just walked in and looked at the door and windows. When I left he was very happy and those with allergies were said to be taking their medicine and not reacting at all.
The next morning I received an e-mail that said they were going to check into a hotel that morning due to allergies. I contacted them by 10:00 am, and offered to move them to another home, but he claimed to have already paid for the hotel (which I suspect was comped) and said he was leaving the house at that moment.
I was under no obligation to refund Matthew anything at all per our agreement. The place was in perfect condition, and I had done a lot of work to get it ready. I had given him a discounted weekly rate, but I never do a rental for less than $2000.00. Because a 2-day rental precludes you from getting a weekly rental, and the nightly rate is $800.00 a night during that time of the year.
I offered Mathew a $1000.00 refund, or to find another location for him. I was not required to do either of these things. He demanded a $1500.00 refund, and threatened to give me a bad review if I didn’t give it to him. We finally agreed to a $1250 refund and that he would not give me a bad review. You can see his integrity. I accidentally refunded him double, and he fought with AirBNB to keep both refunds.
I pride myself on clean, quality sheets, and they were not smelly. They smell great.
I had 2 people clean the house for more than 8 hours the day of his arrival, and brought every sheet and towel to a professional Laundromat, and the linens were perfect and smelled great. If they didn’t like them, I have tons of extra back up, even some in the package – but this was never a complaint.
The only bugs biting are mosquitoes in the yard – welcome to Miami Beach waterfront in the summer time at dusk. I also have some citronella candles, and bug spray. There are a few boards on the back deck that have warped and become uneven, perhaps a tripping hazard, and I have them scheduled to be replaced, this week.
No place is perfect, but all and all this is a great house, and when something breaks or needs repair, I am quick to get it done and respectful of my guests needs and desires. It is my opinion that Matthew is a negative person, open to extortion, and always looking for a better deal, and when someone offered him another location for free or almost, he took it and made up a reason for me to refund him money. I have had allergies bother me on countless vacations and never thought to ask for a refund.
Clean and spacious house, great pool and accommodating host - couldn't have asked for more.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Natalie's house and felt "at home" right from the start. The space available and the location were ideal for our purposes. I would certainly use the house again if I needed to stay in Miami Beach with 5 or 6 other guests. Natalie herself was very helpful, particularly when we found that we had one extra guest unexpectedly
Thank you Natalie for being such a kind host. Our stay at your house was just fantastic. Thank you again
My business partners and I headed to Miami for a creative retreat and booked Natalie's house. The place is great - open concept that blends the living room, dining room, bar area and kitchen together. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you'd need to make your own meals. The master bedroom is HUGE and the others are of adequate size and there are 3 bathrooms, which is a big plus.
The deck and pool are the real amazing part of this place. There is very comfy furniture to lie out on and the view of the waterway is great - very relaxing. There is a dock where you can pull a boat up if you happen to rent one. There are also two large grills, which came in handy after we caught a 15lb Mahi Mahi on a deep sea fishing expedition!
The only drawback is the proximity to South Beach. It takes about 30 minutes to get down there, which isn't bad, but if that's where you plan to spend most of your time, it is a bit of a drive and/or taxi ride.
Overall we loved the place and Natalie was great about responding to our needs. During the week she refilled our propane tanks and had a pool guy come by to clean the pool. Publix supermarket is close by as well as a 24 hour Walgreens and the neighborhood is nice and quiet at night.
All in all Natalie's place is a great spot to stay and very relaxing. I will look to book again when I come back to Miami!
