Interaction with Guests
I live next door and will be there at check-in & check-out otherwise you will not know that I am even there.
There is a two minutes walk to the beach.
Atlantis Resort is fifteen minutes away
The rolling hills of Winton Height is nice for jogging and there is a gym nearby.
There is a public transport system - however I recommend rental cars to all my guests to enjoy the island that's only 21 mile by 7 miles. The are inexpensive local rental car companies.
No smoking on the inside!
I was coming to Nassau to get married. And needed a place large enough to occomidat my parents and my best man. Bryans place is perfect. Has everything you could need in it. And was a perfect distance from the beach. My family couldnt have been more happy with our stay.
Bryan was very helpful and welcoming. He recommended a pizza place and told us were the grocery store was.
The Prince Adam Villas East was our first AirBnB experience. We are leaving this experience with very high expectations for our subsequent AirBnB bookings. Mr. Taylor was a great host with a wonderful home for visitors. High marks for location, accessibility, amenities (laundry! parking! full-service kitchen! extra linens and towels!), and spaciousness. We were a party of five and there was plenty of room more people. He was flexible with our arrival and departure and even met us at the restaurant we called from to say that we're in Nassau to give us the key. It was nice that he was nearby but he wasn't intrusive at all. We had a wonderful experience there and would gladly book with him again. For people thinking about booking in New Providence, Bahamas we would invite them to plan for bugs (seems to be a fact of life in this climate) and recommend renting a car for ease of movement around the island.
THIS HOUSE IS GORGEOUS! Brian was very pleasant and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A perfect walk to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood. There were 6 of us and we slept very comfortably and we will definitely be back! You can get around via bus but we rented a car and all the grocery stores are nearby.
Our host Bryan was very communicative. The house was beautiful and very close to the beach. The entire trip was very pleasant since all the essentials were provided. There were extra towels in the bathroom and cooking supplies in the kitchen. I'd definitely recommend staying at this place. Do keep in mind though this is at the other side of the airport so getting a cab can be a bit challenging at times and cab fares cost more. If you don't plan on renting a car plan ahead since the local buses don't have a set schedule. We were lucky enough to catch the buses when needed without long wait but we definitely paid more in cab fare than we would've had we stayed on the other side of the island.
Another minor problem is that the host initially agreed to an airport pick up but was unable to fulfill the promise due to work, even though we arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It's not a big deal and understandable.
Overall a great place.
WOW! What a place, what a stay, what an experience. I traveled to the Bahamas this past weekend with three friends and we stayed at the Prince Adam Villas. The condo was spacious, clean, and right next to a great beach for snorkeling. Brian was helpful and always there when we needed him. The bus stop was a 10 minute walk from the house and took us directly into town (15a) for $1.50. At night we took a cab and it was usually $30-$40 each way ($10 per person). This was a great place to stay that wasn't too close to the touristy areas. The people were friendly and always looking to help.
We enjoyed our stay at Bryan's house. It was located close to a nice walking area near the water. The beach doesn't really have areas to lay out but is fun to explore at low tide. You will need a car to get around as it's about 20 minutes to Paradise Island.
About the Host, Bryan
My life motto is not to do anything that makes me worst off.
As a host/guest at Prince Adam Villa you will not even know that I live next door.
I enjoy family, church and my masonic lodge and not in that order.
My favorite destinations are the islands of the Bahamas, movie the fugitives,
junkanoo music and crack conch with steam grouper.
