Welcome to my light-filled two-level apartment, designed by a renowned local architect. Thoughtfully crafted for style, comfort, and sustainability, the home has a high energy rating and double-glazed windows throughout.

The Sun Room is a warm, stylish retreat with a super-comfy double bed, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Melbourne.

I share my home in the true spirit of Airbnb - a relaxed, welcoming space where you can settle in and live like a local.

The space
Downstairs features polished concrete floors, 3-meter ceilings, and a stunning fully equipped marble kitchen.

Although the address is on a main road, the apartment is set 100m back down a peaceful laneway with its own private entrance. The front door opens onto a pedestrian-only bluestone path that faces a park – an incredibly quiet and serene outlook. If you’re home at the right time, you’ll catch breathtaking sunsets over the park.

Reflecting a love of design and architecture, my home is decorated with a mix of quality vintage and contemporary pieces, creating a calm and cosy space that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Just 250m from the 96 tram stop, you can be in the heart of the city in 20 minutes.

Melbourne airport, Tullamarine is 20-25 mins by Uber / Taxi

There is a boutique shopping village 300M away, which has a supermarket, cinema, brewery, bakery, cafe and pharmacy. Lygon street with loads of restaurants and bars is 7 minutes walk. Fitzroy North is 10-15 minutes walk, and the rest of Melbourne's inner north such as Fitzroy and Collingwood you can reach via the 96 tram or by walking.

Guest access
You're welcome to use the entire apartment. There's a courtyard with bench seating out back. If you wish to use it to smoke, please let me know so I can provide an ashtray. Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors.

I personally don't smoke.

Please note I don't have a coffee machine, but I have a french press, and I provide tea and milk - just let me know your preferences and I'll ensure I have it for you.

You are in the heart of Brunswick East - there is also a fantastic cafe and bakery 300M from the apartment for coffee and breakfast!
