Custom built-ins and stylish touches will make you feel right at home. 55" streaming TV, king bed, compact kitchen with stove. Couch folds out into a queen floor bed.

Please expect a "city" location. This property is on a busy main street (Richland Ave) side-by-side with our sister property. There is a sidewalk with pedestrian traffic that passes by.

This is a non-smoking property.

Please note there is no washer/dryer on site but a great laundromat nearby.

I moved to Aiken from Seattle in 2008 to work in the thriving equestrian industry here. The small-town friendliness, history, and beauty of the area worked its magic on me--I married a local and now we enjoy welcoming others to Aiken, too! I own and run two small local businesses, Aiken Vacation Rentals and Equestrian Ethos. My husband Jeremy is a social worker. We have a dog Atticus and cats Neville and Minerva.
