Interaction with Guests
We love meeting our guests, sharing travels, and giving advice about interests on Kauai.
Princeville is a development of some 500 acres on the north shore of Kauai, between the towns of Hanalei and Kilauea. What started as a coffee plantation in the mid-1800s is now the largest planned development on Kauai. Princeville is home to some of the finest resorts, golf courses and restaurants on the islands. Kauai’s north shore is also where you’ll find some of the most spectacular scenery in Hawaii. There are three main beaches in Princeville, which are Kenomene Beach, Kaweonui Beach and Puu Poa Beach. A wide reef along these beaches creates warm pockets for swimming and snorkeling in calm weather. Other area activities include tennis, golf, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing, sailing, helicopter tours and shopping. You can arrange for a private guided jungle hike, waterfall excursion or kayaking adventure.
It is just about a mile to the Kauai Bus stop at the shopping center.

It was very relaxing. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. I enjoying picking a fresh pomegranate right off the tree in the back yard and eating it. Coral is very pleasant to talk to and helpful with local information.
What a great place. The Bali Hai suite was a highlight of our trip. Coral and Ian were great hosts. I'd recommend this location to anyone staying on the North Shore.
Coral and Ian made us feel very at home. We had a great experience. Beautiful view! Literally across the street from Queens Bath. Great neighborhood to walk around in. Loved staying on the North Shore! Would definitely stay here again
Simply put, Coral and Ian are wonderful hosts and my wife and I had a great experience staying at their property. Asia House is spacious, unique, and located in one of the most naturally beautiful parts of Kauai — right across the street from Queen's Bath. Coral was gracious and kind, and provided us with lots of helpful advice, as well as fruit (papaya, banana) from her garden each day — a very nice touch. We were able to see the most spectacular sunsets of our trip within walking distance. The visit literally couldn't have been any better, and Coral and Ian are great. We would definitely look forward to staying with them again on a future trip. Great people and great place.
The Bali Hai Suite at Asia House was everything we hoped it would be and more! Our only regret was that we couldn't spend our entire trip here. The suite is perfect and had everything we could have possibly needed. The apple bananas provided by Coral were a delicious surprise. The grounds are beautiful. Ian was so gracious and welcoming upon our arrival. I wish we could have taken more advantage of all that the suite, and Coral and Ian, had to offer. We will be back next year! Mahalo and Aloha!
Asia house is so beautiful and unique! Coral was a wonderful host, and even invited us down to a beach bonfire on on of the nights of our stay. The suite was perfect for our needs, complete with a little kitchen area with dishes and even cooking equipment. Princeville is a great, safe neighborhood and you're right across the street from Queen's Bath. We would stay again! Aloha.
We spent three nights in Coral's and Ian's place and everything was as described! Their house is perfectly located across the street from Queens Bath and provides everything needed! We very much enjoyed staying in their appartement, which was very clean and cosy. The lanai overlooking the ocean and the neighborhood was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the breakfast out there. We can really recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet place with a lot of privacy!
