Great location, terrific amenities, immaculate home - will book again for next Portland trip!
Nice place, well taken care of. Easy street parking everywhere, with a nice selection of restaurants around.
This is a great place to stay! It's extremely clean and everything you need is available to you. The beds are very comfortable. Kim was super kind and helpful with my transition into Portland. I've really enjoyed staying here and will recommend to others needing a place to stay.
I enjoyed my stay here enough that I extended my stay by an additional month - Kim and her family provide a safe, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need, and in close proximity to everything.
Kim and her family have been wonderful hosts throughout my stay here. Kim was incredibly welcoming when I arrived, and her daughter was available to meet me even when my flight was delayed and I arrived several hours later than intended. Kim even bakes for the household on a regular basis!
The property is in a central location close to amenities and transport, and everything is kept in great condition, with excellent security. This is easily one of the best AirBnB places I've stayed at - so much so that I've extended my stay significantly.
I was a first-time airbnb user so I was super anxious about the outcome. My friend and 3 yr old son stayed with me at Kim's rental place. The place exceeded all expectations. Kim was super accommodating and even brought an awesome little tent and toys to keep my son occupied :) The space was spotless and all the guests were very respectful and kept to themselves. It's a wonderful location; close to restaurants, the Lloyd Centre shopping mall, and easily accessible by Portland's awesome public transit system. The max that will take you downtown is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely come back :) Thanks Kim!
When we showed up at Mt.Hood, Kim was already there waiting for us and ready to give us the basic tour/rundown through the house. She knew the story of the tenants well, which was both interesting and welcoming because it gave a personal touch to the experience as a whole. We went down for a conference, so most of our time at the house was spent working and sleeping, we didn't really get a good chance to meet any of the other tenants except in passing.
The room was well decorated and felt very homely. The wi-fi was not only top notch, but available on both floors with separate connections for each. No more dropped or weak signals! The beds were comfy and the ability to split the King size bed was a huge bonus. Also the door handles... Amazing. I feel like I need door handles like that on all my stuff... Even if it doesn't require a door handle...
Anyway, thanks Kim! We had an amazing experience. For anyone looking to stay in a close location to downtown Portland, then this is a GREAT choice for you!
Cheers, from Canada!
