The house is 5 double/twin bedrooms and 1 study (which can be used as a bedroom if needed - just let us know). It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of terraced Victorian houses looking out towards the sea. There is a small south-west facing private secluded back garden and a lovely large front garden, however it should be noted that the front garden is opposite the house across the other side of the road.
All rooms are of a comfortable standard. The master bedroom is huge - 24ft x 15ft, with magnificent bay windows with fabulous views, a Super King Size bed( 6ft x 6.5ft bed = 183cm x 200) and a large built in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom also has fabulous sea views and a Super King Size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds. Bedroom 5 has twin beds. We have additional single beds and any of the Super King beds can be converted in to twin rooms to suit your requirements. We also have a large wooden cot (Mamas & Papas) should it be required.
The main bathroom has Hans Grohe bathroom fittings, underfloor heating, thermostatic shower valves, wall hung toilet and sink etc. There is a second bathroom with Aqaulisa power shower. There is also a downstairs W.C.
There is satellite TV, broadband wifi (N-class wireless router covers the whole house). Gardener comes to cut front lawn every 2 weeks. Gas fired central heating. Cooker, hob, fridge (double doors), Bosch microwave, dishwasher are less than 1 yr old. Separate washing machine and Bosch dryer......and a Cross Trainer exercise machine for those who need more than a brisk walk down the pier. Baby grand piano for the musically inclined. It is a little out of tune on the lower octave and is missing a couple of ivory key tops - but shouldn't stop you enjoying it, if you play.
We have young children so should it be needed, we could have what you need in terms of cots, toys, car seats (2-5yrs).
There is no doubt that this is a highly convenient address, being situated in the heart of Dun Laoghaire with its wide range of amenities and facilities including two shopping centres, specialised shops, pubs, churches, twelve screen IMC cinema and restaurants. There are also many recreational and sporting facilities available close by including rugby, soccer, GAA and tennis clubs and four yacht clubs in Dun Laoghaire. The east pier and coastal walks are adjacent and very appealing.
There are excellent transport links including the DART and QBC to the city centre. Having said that, there is so much on offer close by in Dun Laoghaire which you can reach on foot.
