The space
The best part about this space is its location & simplicity. You feel like you are "in the middle of nowhere"- but you can walk out on the deck and see Vegas in the distance. (And you are only 15min away from it.) So it's like "being right there", but yet being able to "get away" from the craziness of the Strip for some peace & quiet when you want to. And the deck is like paradise. (IMHO!) And very private. ;) we have 22’ size above the ground pool 4’ depth for the whole family to enjoy. Other additional amenities to include able to play golf for free in the property, Pingpong, Pickleball and Basketball half court.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire upstairs unit of the property so it feels very much like a "loft in the middle of the desert". (There is a downstairs unit with its own separate entrance, which is occupied by the Airbnb host.) Airbnb guests also have 100% PRIVATE ACCESS to the outdoor deck area, which is right outside the front door. DECK IS 100% PRIVATE TO Airbnb GUESTS ONLY.

There is a 60" TV upstairs that does not have cable, but it does have an antenna for access to local HD channels to give you a connection to the local scene. (Local news, etc.) There is also free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime via wifi internet.

And hi-speed wifi has just been added to the property for guests' convenience.

Other things to note
You may hear coyotes howling at night- they are harmless, although you should not let any small dogs run around at night. You may also hear lions roaring if you listen carefully. (No, I'm not kidding.) They are safely secured over at the lion habitat less than a mile away. (Where the old "MGM Lions" are kept after they were saved by a conservation group.)
The house is all-electric and eco-friendly, with a full array of solar panels on roof. Just added a top-rated $1000+ "Avocado" brand mattress to the bedroom. (It was the top rated mattress in Consumer Reports mattress rankings.)
Also the space is 420 Friendly, although I do ask you to contain your herb enjoyment to outside on the deck. ;)

Neighborhood highlights

The "M" Casino is literally within walking distance. (Although you may not want to do that if dressed up!) It has great dining (esp sushi!) and a great 80's band on weekends. (For older crowds) There is a place called "The Bar" (yes, that is the actual name lol) that is very close also and has great casual food and very much of a "locals" flavor to the place. The Lion Habitat Ranch is a must-do. The Southpoint Casino (3mi away on Las Vegas Blvd) has a great movie theater and cheap buffets. They just opened "Speed Vegas" just a couple miles away where you can race Lamborghinis, other race cars, or your own vehicle. (I think?) Or you can just walk out the back door and go straight out into the open desert for a hike. (There is a trail nearby.) There are also private helicopter rides to the Grand Canyon that take off from only about a mile away from my property.
