🛋️ The main living area features comfortable seating for eight and a smart TV with access to all your streaming apps. The large leather sectional includes reclining seats and built-in charging stations, making it easy to relax and recharge.

It includes a Nintendo Switch with smart TV, Fast & Furious arcade game, basketball shootout, foosball table, life-sized Tetris, and a high-top table for casual hangouts. It’s a great space for kids to enjoy while adults unwind.

🔵 The Master King Suite is a true oasis with a king-sized bed, full ensuite with an oversized jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet and Smart TV.
🟠 The Queen Suite offers a cozy atmosphere with a queen-sized bed and access to the Queen Ensuite and a Smart TV.
🟢 The Queen room boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, with a dedicated work space and Smart TV.
🟡 The Double Double room is a treat with two full-sized beds, and a Smart TV.

Guest access
At Peaceful Palms, our guests are granted unrestricted access to all of our fabulous amenities.
Please note, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from swimming in the canal water.
You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until the Rental Agreement is returned signed by the guest making the reservation.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, kindly let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible. Please note that check-in time starts at 4PM, but if you require a different check-in time, please let us know in advance so we can mutually agree on the best time.

House Rules:
Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.
Please note that adherence to the house rules is essential. Any breaches may lead to the prompt conclusion of the rental agreement, necessitating your immediate departure from the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- No smoking ($600 cleaning fee)
- No parties or events ($600 cleaning fee)
- No pets ($200 per day per unauthorized pet)
- No Commercial photography and filming allowed

- Guest making the booking must be 25 years of age or more
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily

Maximum Number of Guests: 10
*A $600 security deposit will be held 2 days prior to the check-in date and automatically released 2 days after the check-out date if no damage was caused by the guests during their stay. This security deposit does not apply to reservations made on the Airbnb platform.
Pool Rules:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, diving is prohibited in all areas of the pool. Additionally, we kindly request that all individuals refrain from bringing any glass items in or near the pool to prevent potential hazards and maintain a clean environment.
Peaceful Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any pool or lake related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the pool and lake area.
Canal:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, swimming is prohibited in the canal at all times. The use of all watercraft on the canal is at the guests' own risk.
Peaceful Palms does not provide a lifeguard on duty. Therefore, the property's owners and agents cannot assume liability for any accidents, canal-related incidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries that may occur during your stay. We strongly encourage all guests to exercise caution and adhere to all posted safety guidelines when using the dock area.
Games Room:
Kindly keep the garage door to the games room/garage closed at all times. Additionally, please turn off the air conditioner in the games room when it's not in use. Thank you for your cooperation!
Drugs:
At Peaceful Palms, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting the storage or usage of any illegal drugs on our premises at any time. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
Smoking:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is not permitted inside our premises at any time.
We do, however, allow outdoor smoking and vaping for your convenience. Please note that we ask all smokers to avoid getting ashes on any furniture and to ensure all butts end up in the garbage to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.
We take the issue of smoking and vaping seriously, and we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards smoking indoors. A charge of up to $600 will be applied for smoking inside our premises or for any damage caused to our outdoor furniture as a result of smoking or vaping.
Cameras:
At Peaceful Palms, we have taken measures to ensure the protection of our guests by installing Ring cameras at the following locations:
-front door
-to the right of the garage
-fence on south side of front lawn
-backyard fence
These cameras only record when motion is detected. There are no cameras inside the house, all cameras are in the front yard with the exception of the dock camera which only faces the canal.
Please do not remove, cover or tamper with the cameras in any way. If we can no longer see the camera, a team member will be dispatched to the home immediately to investigate. If it is determined that the camera was tampered with by a guest, the host reserves the right to terminate the reservation and evict the guests immediately.
We also have a Minut Decibel Detector in the lanai area for noise.
