Designed with both comfort and privacy in mind, each room uniquely exposes the original 18th-century features of the former Cascina:

Garden Level Queen Suites: Two beautiful, Queen-sized en-suite guest rooms: One offers an oversized walk-in shower, while the other provides a bath and shower.

The King Suite: Ascend a short staircase from the main Lounge to discover the King-sized Four Poster. The entrance leads you into its own lounge (with sofabed & TV) and a generous en-suite wet area offering a luxurious standalone bath. The private balcony overlooks the pool and picturesque valleys.

🍽️ Your Group's Hub - Living & Dining in Style:
The spacious, open-plan Lounge, Dining Area, and Kitchenette is carefully designed and fully equipped with everything your group needs for effortless self-catering and memorable gatherings.

☀️ Outdoor Pool & Al Fresco Dining:
Our refreshing outdoor pool is open from April to mid-October (0800-2000). While unheated, its clever covering efficiently traps the sun's warmth, inviting you for a delightful dip.

Relax on the spacious terrace with comfortable seating and scenic views of Castagnito, the pool, and the front lawns. The charming, wood-stacked portico next to the lounge offers a dedicated spot for memorable meals overlooking the orchard garden. A BBQ grill is available at an additional cost for al fresco cooking.

🚗 Parking & Security:
Peace of mind for your group is standard. Access to our premises is via a secure gate with an access code, (provided upon arrival). We offer convenient outdoor parking for up to 3 cars on-site and the driveway is monitored by CCTV for your security.

Cascina San Giovanni is thoughtfully divided into a dedicated holiday home for guests and a separate, adjoining home for your hosts.

When you book the property, you and your group will enjoy exclusive use of the holiday home areas and guest quarters which includes:

Arrival & Access
While guests and hosts share the main gated entrance and driveway, please note that the holiday home and host residence maintain privacy by way of separate entrances to their respective living areas.
This ensures your complete privacy, and we kindly ask that you and your group reciprocate by respecting the hosts' private areas.

Important to know:

Local tourist tax (approx. €1.50 per person/night) is due upon arrival. Details will be sent closer to your stay.

A supplement of EUR20 per person per night will apply for use of the sofa bed in the King Suite.

To ensure a peaceful stay, we kindly ask that guests are 13 or older.
