The space

Our charming three bedroom Victorian cottage is located on a quiet street in the up and coming area of Broadstone, just 15 min walk from the city centre. There is plenty of space for four guests. The Hugh Lane Gallery, the Writers Museum and the James Joyce Centre are particularly close but we are within walking distance all of the city's main attractions with lots of other transport options (bus/Dublin bikes) available just 2 minutes from our front door too, in case you get tired!.

This is a well loved family home on a great street, quiet and peaceful but only minutes from all the hustle and bustle of Dublin city centre.

Guests have access to the entire house and are invited to consider it their own home for the duration of their visit. :-)

My neighbour, Aoife lives 5 doors away behind the pink door. She is on hand to offer any assistance, help or tips that you need. She looks forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Dublin on my behalf.

Our area is the heart of Victorian Dublin, a very historical area near the centre of Dublin. It's a fantastic area because it's quiet and peaceful with a wonderful park, playground and beautiful wildlife but only minutes from all the action of Dublin, a busy, cosmopolitan city.

Getting around is pretty easy -

We are less than a ten minute walk from the official centre of Dublin (the GPO on O'Connell St.), Trinity College is a further ten minutes by foot.

Dublin bikes are a wonderful way for cycle enthusiasts to see the city. A three day pass costs €5 and is available to buy from the machines around the corner on Blessington Street. This covers your use of the bike for half hour intervals and there are stations all over the city centre. For further details, check out (Website hidden by Airbnb)

We are on lots of bus routes (the 4, 9 and 140 all stop on Western Way, on the same side as the bikes when heading North or opposite the bikes when going towards the city) and the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) all stop on Berkley rd (city bound) and Mountjoy St. (outside Spar) when coming from the city or going West.

This has been my home for many years and it's a new venture for me to share it with others while I'm away. I have recently had renovation works done on it to maximise the comfort for my guests. I hope you have a lovely stay in my home and please if you have any requests or needs, just let us know - we will do our very best to help.

This is an exceptional place to stay. It is within easy walking distance to the city centre, and yet you feel as if you are at home, in a non-touristy neighborhood. The townhome is bright, clean, warm, and allowed us each personal space, as well as great gathering areas in both…

This flat was in a very convenient short walk to buses, neighborhood bars and city center. The flat was as described and if we returned to Dublin we would stay here again.

Phil’s place was lovely and Aoife helped a great deal with the check-in because we had flew into Dublin early. Great location, house was bigger than we expected and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Ireland ! Not too far from the airport or any of the amenities, pubs, etc in the local area. Aoife was absolutely amazing and answered any question we had. We recommended this place any time !

Absolutely loved our stay here. A beautiful old town home, but fitted with all the conveniences we needed for our stay, and the best bed we slept on during our vacation. Loved the eclectic art found around the house. Nice quiet street but not far from central Dublin. And Aoif…

Phil's home was the perfect place for my husband, myself, and my parents. The rooms were a bit small, but that is to be expected in a home from the 19th century! The area was quiet and within walking distance to central Dublin and all the tourist spots. Since there were two bathr…
