Eco-friendly cave house on a private 8,000 m² estate with pool, gardens, and organic orchard. The space
The cave house is located on a farm of 8,000 m2, of which 1500 are currently available for the guests, divided into several areas; pool, garden, gardens, etc.
An inner surface approx. 50 m2 excavated in tuff, consists of a spacious bathroom 100% adapted for the disabled, a comfortable bedroom with Smart TV and a modern Loft, equipped with two Japanese beds that is integrated into the upper area of the lounge kitchen .

All intervention has been done with respect for the environment, being the least invasive as possible, we followed the patterns of bioclimatic architecture and zero kilometer architecture, reusing 90% of the water consumed and then using it for irrigation, soon also we produce our own energy.

Valle Jimenez is a small village with 600 inhabitants, very quiet and rural area.

It is strategically located between the two main cities of the island, where we will enjoy most of the cultural offer. It has small supermarket, typical restaurants and gas station.

At the edge of Anaga rural park, biosphere reserve, it is ideal for any traveler who wants to live a different experience, whether for business, pleasure or hiking.

Our accommodation is located
20 minutes from the Teresitas Beach and the visitor center of La Cruz del Carmen in Anaga biosphere reserve.

15 minutes from the historic town of La Laguna, World Heritage, and the center of santa Cruz, capital of the island.
(All times given are by car).

10 minutes from North Tenerife airport and motorway to our location, as well as major hospitals on the island. This makes our house a strategic location for your visit to the island.
