A perfect place to be while visiting the Monterey Peninsula. This two bedroom unit is located behind the main house. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy and quick access to every attraction on the Monterey Peninsula. It is very well kept with all the conveniences of your own home.
This unit features 2 bedrooms with a full size bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other. It has a kitchen dining room combined with a living room. It has one full bathroom with a tiled shower. The yard is fully fenced with driveway parking.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The washer and dryer in the garage will be shared with the main house if needed.
Interaction with Guests
Interaction with the guests is usually done at the grocery store Mal's Market, where you will be picking up the keys and all information needed. The main house in front is occupied by a very friendly lady who will be available if needed.
This is a quiet neighborhood with many home owners who take care of their property. We also have a convenient market within walking distance for all your emergency needs.
By the market there are bus stops that will take you to the downtown area of Monterey where the main transit station will take you where ever you need to go. The taxi service on the peninsula is quick and affordable.
Other Things to Note
One night stays will only be confirmed during the month requested. For Example, a one night stay in February will only be confirmed in February. If you want a one night stay in July it will not be considered until July.
We expect our guests to leave the home in the condition it was upon arrival with the exception of changing the beds and cleaning the bathroom. We are pet friendly, but would like to know more about your pet before booking. The yard and porch area is a perfect place to smoke if you desire, but we ask that there is no smoking in the unit.
