— No lifeguards or pool attendants are on duty at any time.

Guest access
You’ll have access to everything in the home and on the property, except for the spaces that are locked for ‘Owner Storage.’ You’ll also have access to the community pool and the public beach access across the street!! ⛱️
Other things to note
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
— Must be 25 years to book
— The person renting must be staying onsite for the duration of stay (cannot rent for someone else).
NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
VIDEO SECURITY CAMERAS
— There is a Ring audio/video camera on the exterior of the property at the front door and the back door.
NO LARGE GROUP GATHERINGS
— Absolutely no large group gatherings and NO PARTIES.
QUIET HOURS
— In common areas and outside balconies from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Sunday-
Thursday) and 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (Friday, Saturday, and Holidays).
PARKING
— Guests are allotted 2 designated parking spaces in front of the townhome. These are labeled with the #40.
— Any vehicle that is not parked in a designated spot will be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense.
— Trailers, boats, campers, recreational vehicles, motorhomes, tractor trailers are not allowed to park on the property.
— Inquire with the host about possible overflow parking to allow for a 3rd parking space during the off-season.
PET POLICY
— Pets are not allowed in our home. Please reference our policy at the end of the ‘House Rules’ in regards to service animals.
