Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Experience a sustainable permaculture urban organic orchard built in 2010 on an acre of land just 2 miles from downtown and BSU and one block from a major bike path. Several quail families enjoy this little “resort” that you are sure to love exploring! A six foot chain link fence prevents younger children from getting out and keep bird predators out. Home is bright, cheery with 80% of the heating and cooling met with the house design. Views of Table Rock, privacy, and a large covered patio.

The space
The home is private, easy to get to, and close to everything. All rooms are ground level and easily accessible. Parking is off street and inside the secure fenced yard.
Even though you are in the city of Boise you will feel as if you are in the country with all the trees and large acre yard. With a full wraparound, covered patio you will love being outside even in bad weather conditions.
This is a green home built with recyclable materials. The north facing walls are built with straw insulation and earthen plaster walls. The walls inside and those surrounding the private covered patio are built using reclaimed concrete. The 80% passive solar design of the house uses very little energy to heat or cool. There is a wall mounted AC/heating unit as well as electric baseboard heaters for your convenience. There is also a high efficiency fireplace which you are welcome to use if you are staying during the winter months. Have piece of mind knowing that you are staying in a green and sustainable home.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home and yard during your stay. There is a 65 inch smart TV with surround sound in the living room. The high capacity front loading clothes washer and a dryer is available and is very quiet and gentle on your clothes. There is also a kitchen with a microwave, stove, fridge, and all the amenities including coffee and tea.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors do not tolerate loud parties.

There is enough parking space inside the gated property for multiple vehicles. A single car port is also available that keeps your vehicle, bikes, etc. safe from the sun and elements. Parking in the carport can be a bit tricky. You will want to pull into the driveway going forward and back into the car port. You will want to go in the exact opposite direction to exit the car port and driveway. There is also a binder inside the home with detailed parking directions, operating manuals, and other interesting information about the home and property.
