Guests will have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and front hallway closet where cleaning supplies are stored. The balcony is also available for relaxation or smoking.

Please note that the backyard and garage are off-limits. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged and the incident will be reported.

All guest 18 and older must be listed by name on reservation during booking to be in compliance with Air bnb policies. Cleaning Policy: There is no standard cleaning fee included in your stay. However, if the unit is left excessively dirty, damaged, or requires extra cleaning beyond normal use, a $200 additional cleaning fee may be applied. unauthorized events or parties will incur a $600 cost plus cleaning and damage fees.
