Nestled between the Catskills and the Berkshires is our converted barn in Hillsdale, NY. It is set back on a quiet road surrounded by mountains and farmland. Enjoy a getaway here and take advantage of all the area has to offer.

- 25 minutes to Tanglewood
- 35 minutes to Hudson, NY

The space
The house is a converted barn that we have lovingly updated and furnished. Our charming property features 4 acres of land for you to experience.

You won’t find a TV here, instead, there are books, games, a record player with records, and a typewriter for your enjoyment.

The lofted bedroom offers a king-size bed, a desk and a reading nook.

A full-sized pull-out couch in the living room offers sleeping space for additional guests.

The kitchen has a 5-burner gas stove top and a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. The Breville can do everything a normal oven would do (and more), it's just smaller. It's still large enough to bake a pie or a loaf of bread, or cook a casserole, pizza or small turkey. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with utensils, pots, pans and more. We also provide olive oil, salt, pepper and some additional spices.

The bathroom is newly updated with a luxurious soaking bathtub.

Outdoors, you’ll find a hammock hung between two apple trees with a stunning mountain view. On the deck we have a gas grill and a dining table for outdoor meals. There are also 2 kayaks for the pond, a croquet set, and binoculars for wildlife viewing. At the end of the day get cozy at the fire pit and look up for some good stargazing.

We also provide a list of suggested local spots in our welcome book to help you enjoy your stay.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire house with the exception of the garage. We will message you within a week of your arrival with a code to enter the house. We recommend saving this info to your phone.

My husband Matt and I purchased our property in Hillsdale as an escape from the city. We are both creatives, I am a weaver, he's an industrial designer and we make lamps together! We're excited to share our space and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
