The home is situated in the beautiful roman countryside Castelli Romani, a few kilometers far from the famous Nemi and Castel Gandolfo lakes, historic villages and naturalistic trails.

The space
The house is the perfect place for families with children, or as a confortable resort for a group of friends but also for a romantic getaway. It’s located in a quiet area, close to major services and a few steps from a restaurant and a supermarket. The lower floor has a large kitchen overlooking the veranda and the garden, a cozy room dedicated to reading and games, a large living room with fireplace and sat TV to spend wonderful days even in the colder seasons, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a bedroom for two people directly connected with a single room and a night toilet. Upstairs there are one single and one double room with a french door leading onto a lovely little terrace, plus a bathroom. The house has a private parking and is surrounded by a large fenced garden with fruit trees, perfect for those who want to keep hold of their 4-legged friends. Among the available amenities: a barbecue, a football table, a ping-pong table, aromatic plants and 2 mountain bikes for those who want to explore the surroundings pedaling.
Motorbike lovers have the possibility to rent and ride it along the famous “via dei laghi”, one of the most beautiful touring routes in the region.

The Castelli Romani area includes several ancient villages located on rolling hills that embrace two beautiful lakes. During your stay you can visit different sites of historical and cultural interest, indulge in sports like canoeing and paragliding or get in touch with nature with great hiking in the woods. In addition to the breathtaking views, this area is known for its traditional culinary products such as “porchetta”, “coppiette” “funghi porcini” and the famous wine of Frascati and many others, which you can enjoy in the "fraschette", traditional restaurants often obtained from old wine cellars.
