Beach access, pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, barbecue area, beach towels and chairs, etc for use.

I also just bought a new printer for guest use. There is ink in there now..however...If you want to use the printer you need to provide your own paper and ink if the ink is empty.

The welcome book has more details. You can get ink and paper at Costco or target in town by airport. Also, we have a pack and play

Other things to note
15 min drive to airport, 5 min drive to the cove beach and kamaole 1,2,and 3. Wailea is 5 to 10 min away,Lahaina is 45 min drive, maalea harbor,where you can catch a snorkel or whale tour or dinner cruise, and where the aquarium is located is only a 10min drive from condo. Makena landing about 15 min drive.
