This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, and covered back patio. Within walking distance to shopping, eateries, bars, and a grocery store. Parking available, washer/dryers on site, and 3 blocks the beach. Well kept, nicely furnished. Very comfortable home away from home feel.
You will have access to a parking space, a washer and dryer (shared with the building), easy commute to the freeway and attractions like downtown San Diego, Sea World, The Zoo, etc. In the immediate area there are nice beaches and all sorts of place to wine and dine.
Nice quiet neighborhood with a mix of young individuals and families. Very safe and friendly.
There is a bus stop at the end of the street, but you can walk anywhere you need. The grocery store is only 2 blocks away.
If you have a Mac laptop, there is a cable that hooks the TV to the computer enabling you to watch anything online through the TV.
Walking distance to a lot of nice and inexpensive restaurants. Try Oscar's for some awesome Ceviche! Very comfortable apartment, well equipped like your own house. Really enjoyed our weekend stay!
Garret's place is just like a generous friend loaning you their home while away for the weekend. It is clean, tidy, inviting, quiet and comfortable - we absolutely loved it. Sometimes, we feel strange settling in among another person's belongings but we settled right in and felt honored at the trust that was given us. The building was quiet and nice. The neighbors were friendly and everything was quiet both day and night.
We recommend baked goods from The French Gourmet (website hidden), which is just a few blocks away as was the beach, Crystal Pier and a great local restaurant community. I am a fan of fried clams and the best fried clams I have ever eaten are a short drive away at The Tin Fish GasLamp (website hidden)_april_2010.pdf. We will visit again and we hope to spend more than a weekend next time. Thank you, Garrett! - Joel and Marina
It's a very nice and clean apartment in a great location. Just a few minutes from Pacific Beach, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, the amazing apple dumplings at Squire's Cafe, and lunch at Caroline's overlooking the beach.
Garret's place was a perfect match for me. It was close to the beach, restaurants, shops. The place was clean, we'll-stocked with all I needed, good bed, a helpful book that told me where everything was. My favorite part was the free use of Kiehl products. My face has never looked better. Quiet, clean, parking space, plenty to do and see. Again - just perfect.
