The Range Rider's Lodge is located in Silver Gate, MT just one mile outside Yellowstone's Northeastern Gate. Opened in 1938, this historic building was originally an “indoor playground” for drinking, gambling, and prostitution. Today, it's more tame with a dozen rooms for rent and a low-key bar open from 6-10pm. It's a stunningly beautiful, rustic lodging option for people who don't mind communal bathrooms and creaky floors.

Room #25 has a double bed and sleeps two people.

A charming, period piece of architecture that has maintained its character into today's times as an affordable hostel for explorers of Yellowstone and the Bear Tooth Highway.

Nice, cozy place to stay near north east entrance of Yellowstone. Just a headsup no wifi, no network connectivity which will actually make you feel you're close to nature .. The option for shared bathroom was not that bad as those were very clean..Although lodge doesn't offer…
