I did not meet Gianluca or his parents, they were away, but the home was very nice, large, clean, with a complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and the room was large. It might not be important for most people, but the internet was good, as advertised (i was there for work, so i couldn't use much all the material for tourism than Gianluca had prepared, but it seemed very complete and usefull, if you're coming to visit Bologna). Also you may note that the appartment is really close to the university, and not very far from the city center, so great location.
I only spent 5 days there, but everything went smoothly: getting to the appartment (the instructions were very clear), and living there. Everything was as advertised. I did not have any problems.
Gianluca could not be there upon our arrival but the check-in went smoothly and he was always available when we needed him by phone. The apartment was as described, in a very quiet area not too far from the city centre. We particularly enjoyed having our own parking and two bedrooms available to us.
Its a lovely apartment located not far from the city center. Really feel like home when you stay there. easy to park in front of the building. I had a great time!
Ottima esperienza, consigliato a tutti.
